These Long-lasting 13″ PermaShine replacement balloons are just what you need to change the look of your PermaShine Kits.

Not using these balloons with a kit? PermaShine Balloons do not come with anything to plug them when purchased as replacements. If you’re not using these with an existing kit and would like the balloons for other purposes, grab enough of these Black Hanger Plugs to go with your balloons.
