Shipping and Returns: All Balloon products are covered under a standard 30-day replacement/return policy, unless otherwise specifically stated in the product’s description. This return policy does not apply to closeouts, clearance or customized items. All items are subject to a 35% Restocking Fee and a review by American Family Ballons to determine the possibility of non-replaceable returns due to scratch/dent/wear. No Return on Used Balloons! Return/Exchange shipments to American Family Day shall be paid by the purchasing party and a line reading “Attn: Balloon Department Returns” must be placed on the shipping along with a copy of the original order confirmation or receipt. A refund for the items will be issued to the credit card used for the original order within 5-7 business days of receipt of the return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
